Adams and Reese and Nixon Peabody filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of 3954 Memorial Owner LLC. The complaint, over the acquisition of a 360-unit apartment complex, takes aim at CC Meadow LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
