Morris, Manning & Martin filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of APF-CPX I and Access Point Financial. The complaint takes aim at Hui-Hsien Yen and Su-Mei Yen over loans for two hotels in Illinois. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04114, Access Point Financial LLC et al v. Yen et al.
