Thompson Hine filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Access Point Financial. The suit over a promissory note for interests in an REIT pursues claims against Bhagyavati Patel, Bharathbhai Patel and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
