Lawyers at Cozen O'Connor on Friday removed a privacy class action against AT&T and DIRECTV to California Central District Court. The complaint, filed by Potter Handy, accuses the defendants of recording customer service calls without consent. The case is 2:21-cv-05997, Adzhikosyan v. AT&T Corp. et al.
