ODP Corp. was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Texas Western District Court. The case was brought by the Mort Law Firm on behalf of Aeritas LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00986, Aeritas, LLC v. Office Depot, LLC.
