Cole, Scott & Kissane filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Alarm Club.com, doing business as GeoArm Security. The complaint accuses MonitorU Smarthome Security & Surveillance of using GeoArm's photographs on its website without proper authorization. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
