Greenberg Traurig filed a trademark and copyright lawsuit Sunday in New York Southern District Court on behalf of American Airlines. The suit accuses Open Source Matters and CloudAccess.net of operating a counterfeit website that tricks American Airline customers into sharing their login credentials in order to obtain their personal data. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-06681, American Airlines Inc. v. Open Source Matters Inc. et al.
