Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo removed a lawsuit seeking a writ of replevin against Bank of America to Florida Southern District Court on Friday. The suit was filed by Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley on behalf of American Heritage Biomass, which accuses Bank of America of wrongfully detaining $45 million dollars plus interest. The case is 9:22-cv-80442, American Heritage Biomass, LLC v. Bank of America Corporation.
