Littler Mendelson filed a trade secret lawsuit Monday in Georgia Southern District Court on behalf of AmSpec. The suit pursues claims against four former AmSpec employees and their current employer Camin Cargo Control Inc. for allegedly misappropriating confidential information and trade secrets in favor of a direct competitor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00120, AmSpec, LLC v. Calhoun et al.
