Tyson Foods was sued Thursday in Georgia Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought by Lawson, Reid & Dean on behalf of a plaintiff claiming breaches of the ADA and FMLA. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00054, Anderson v. Tyson Foods Inc.
