Tesla was hit with a wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court arising from a fatal car crash that allegedly resulted from a defective autopilot function. The court action was filed by the Rousso Boumel Law Firm on behalf of Dillon Angulo. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-22607, Angulo v. Tesla, Inc.
