Lawyers at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel on Tuesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Copart, a provider of online vehicle auction services, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, filed by the Smith & Cohen Law Group on behalf of Atlantic States Insurance Company, seeks $1 million for the destruction of a truck in the defendant's possession that it was contracted to maintain.
