FedEx was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The lawsuit was brought by Ashby | Thelen | Lowry and Foster Counts LLP on behalf of Joshua Barnes and April Lambert. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00740, Barnes et al v. FedEx Ground Package System, Inc.
