Lekha Gopalakrishnan of Winstead has entered an appearance for PCR Brokerage Company LLC in a pending copyright infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed Sept. 9 in Texas Southern District Court by the Sanders Law Group on behalf of Bee Creek Photography, accuses the defendant of misappropriating the plaintiff's photos without permission. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Charles Eskridge, is 4:22-cv-03195, Bee Creek Photography v. Pcr Brokerage Company, LLC.
