Lawyers at Fasi & DiBello on Thursday removed a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Walmart to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by the Lacayo Law Firm on behalf of Mercedes Belliard. The case is 1:22-cv-20243, Belliard v. Walmart Inc. et al.
