Counsel at Alston & Bird on Wednesday removed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Marvel Studios and The Walt Disney Company to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed pro se by Michael Bennett. The case is 1:22-cv-01504, Bennett v. The Walt Disney Company et al.
