Teresa O. Sirianni and Morgan M.J. Randle of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have stepped in as defense counsel to rehabilitation center DreamLife Recovery LLC in a pending lawsuit over alleged race discrimination and a hostile work environment. The complaint was filed July 27 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by the law offices of Eric A. Shore on behalf of Jovante Blackwell. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan, is 2:21-cv-00995, Blackwell v. DreamLife Recovery LLC.
