Wells Fargo was slapped with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney on behalf of Dr. Yana Blaise, who contends that all of her accounts were wrongfully frozen due to an alleged unauthorized PPP loan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20303, Blaise v. Wells Fargo Bank NA et al.
