Lawyers at Dennis, Corry, Smith & Dixon on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Schneider National, a transportation and logistics company, and Michael Frederick Sedlemeyer to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Ba'aisha Blount. The case is 1:23-cv-01629, Blount v. Sedlemeyer et al.
