Greenberg Traurig filed a patent lawsuit Monday in California Northern District Court on behalf of video conferencing company Blue Jeans Network Inc. The suit seeks declaratory judgment of non-infringement with regard to four patents asserted by Meetrix IP LLC in a Dec. 2021 lawsuit against Blue Jeans parent company, Verizon Communications. The case is 3:22-cv-01055, Blue Jeans Network, Inc. v. Meetrix IP, LLC.
