Burns White and K&L Gates on Wednesday removed an insurance lawsuit against Sentry Insurance Group and other defendants to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Schiffman Firm on behalf of a sawmill cleanup worker whose leg was severed in a workplace accident. The case is 2:22-cv-00366, Blum v. Sentry Insurance Co. et al.
