Reed Smith filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Wednesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of BMO Harris Bank. The suit targets McGough Bus Co. and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-16966, BMO Harris Bank N.A. v. McGough Leasing Corp. et al.
