Vedder Price filed a trade dress lawsuit Monday in Illinois Northern District Court on behalf of Bodum USA. The suit targets Wee's Beyond Products for allegedly selling products that mimic the appearance of Bodum's line of Chambord French press coffeemakers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00667, Bodum USA, Inc. v. Wee's Beyond Products Corporation.
