Equifax was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court action was brought by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Jill Bolton. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00303, Bolton v. Equifax Information Services LLC.
