A team of attorneys from King & Spalding have stepped in to represent Progressive Premier Insurance Company of Illinois in a pending policyholder class action. The case, which pertains to methods of calculating payments for the loss of a totaled vehicle, was filed June 8 in Georgia Northern District Court by Shamis & Gentile on behalf of auto policy holders in Georgia. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Leigh Martin May, is 4:22-cv-00127, Bost v. Progressive Premier Insurance Company of Illinois.
