New Suit - Copyright

Pandora, the music streaming service, was hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit Monday in California Central District Court. The suit accuses Pandora of broadcasting 57 digital copies of comedian and actor Andrew Dice Clay's standup routines without a valid license and without making any royalty payments. The complaint was filed by King & Ballow on behalf of Brave Lion Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00817, Brave Lion, Inc. v. Pandora Media, LLC.
