Ryan A. Richman, Natalie Sabrina Watson and Lanny Steven Kurzweil from McCarter & English; and Jemi Goulian Lucey and Irene Hsieh from Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis have stepped in to represent DuPont, Chemours, 3M and other defendants in a pending personal injury lawsuit. The complaint was filed April 19 in New Jersey District Court by Williams Cedar on behalf of Charles Briggs and Deborah Briggs. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Noel L. Hillman, is 1:21-cv-09699, Briggs et al v. Solvay Specialty Polymers, USA, LLC et al.
