John D. Bennett and Travis M. Cashbaugh of Freeman, Mathis & Gary have entered appearances for Cleophas Atwater, Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office and Jonathan Keith (Keybo) Taylor in a pending lawsuit over alleged race-based employment discrimination. The case was filed June 14 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of Joe Buice. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, is 1:22-cv-02366, Buice v. Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office et al.
