Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers on Tuesday removed a product liability action against Newell Brands and Sunbeam Products to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, which centers on alleged defects of Sunbeam's Express Crock Multi-Cooker, was brought by Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig on behalf of Jonathan T. Burns and Lauren M. Burns. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-04373, Burns et al v. Sunbeam Products, Inc. et al.
