Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit against Lazer Spot Inc. Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The suit, filed on behalf of Patrick Bush and Krashina McMillan, pursues claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
