Counsel at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Thursday removed a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Walmart to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by attorney Ashley Black on behalf of Veronica Byrd. The case is 4:22-cv-00144, Byrd v. Walmart Inc.
