CEC Entertainment was hit with an wage-and-hour lawsuit on May 28 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County for claims pursuant to the state's Private Attorneys General Act. The court action, filed by Lavi & Ebrahimian, arises from an alleged failure to pay all wages owed and provide required meal and rest breaks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Velazquez v. CEC Entertainment.
