Bank of America, Manteca Trailer and Motorhome, and Heartland Recreational Vehicles were sued Thursday in California Eastern District Court for claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Richard C. Dalton on behalf of Kenny D. Calhoun. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00313, Calhoun v. Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC et al.
