Penn National Gaming, the Pennsylvania-based operator of casinos and racetracks, was hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action was filed by Sanders Law Group on behalf of Joey Carman, who accuses the defendant of his photograph of television performer Howie Mandel on the website RiverCity.com without permission. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00691, Carman v. Penn National Gaming, Inc.
