Maria Louise G. Perri of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker has entered an appearance for Amazon.com in a pending wrongful death lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 9 in New Jersey District Court by Testa Heck Testa & White on behalf of the husband of a woman who was killed in a motor vehicle accident involving an Amazon vehicle. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Joseph H Rodriguez, is 1:21-cv-16548, Carman v. Thanasuksriboon et al.
