Lyft was hit with an employment class action Thursday in New Jersey District Court. The complaint, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by Swartz Swidler LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-20557, Castaneda v. Lyft, Inc.
