Attorneys at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Dollar Tree to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Rosen & Perry on behalf of Chelsea Chambers. The complaint alleges a faulty headband sold by Dollar Tree became embedded in the plaintiff's scalp. The case is 2:22-cv-00311, Chambers v. Greenbrier International Inc.
