Attorneys at Post & Schell on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against The Franklin Institute, the School District of Philadelphia and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, filed by attorney Louis B. Himmelstein on behalf of a mother and a student, alleges the student sustained injuries during a science presentation at the school.
