Lawyers at Busch, Reed, Jones & Leeper on Thursday removed a bad faith insurance lawsuit against Auto-Owners Insurance to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, which pertains to a property damage claim, was filed by Huggins Law Firm on behalf of Chatuge Resorts Inc. The case is 2:22-cv-00049, Chatuge Resorts, Inc. v. Auto-Owners Insurance Company.
