Counsel at McGuireWoods on Wednesday removed a consumer class action against Bank of America to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Golomb & Honik and Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert on behalf of customers claiming that the bank improperly charges overdraft and insufficient funds fees. The case is 2:21-cv-03585, Checchia v. Bank of America, N.A.
