TransUnion and Freedom Mortgage Corporation were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was brought by Berry & Associates and Armor Law on behalf of Stanley Bernard Childs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00368, Childs v. Trans Union LLC et al.
