Thomas C. Martin of Baker Botts has entered an appearance for Universal Air Conditioner Inc. in a pending patent lawsuit over the design of automotive air conditioning parts. The complaint was filed Sept. 9 in Texas Northern District Court by Polsinelli on behalf of Henry Chu. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman, is 4:21-cv-01015, Chu v. Universal Air Conditioner Inc.
