Counsel at Bowman and Brooke on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Tesla and other defendants to New Jersey District Court. The suit, for breach-of-warranty and wrongful death claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Cipriani & Werner on behalf of The Estate of Vladimir Chen. The case is 1:22-cv-01474, Chzhen v. Tesla, Inc. et al.
