Jill Pietrini and Paul Bost of Sheppard Mullin have stepped in to defend Sunrise Apparel Group LLC in a pending trademark lawsuit. The suit was filed May 28 in New York Eastern District Court by Dorsey & Whitney on behalf of Franci Cohen and her "Spider" physical fitness programs, services and equipment trademarks. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Ann M. Donnelly, is 1:21-cv-03046, Cohen v. Sunrise Apparel Group LLC.
