Equifax and Credit Acceptance Corp. were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court action was filed by Armor Law and Berry & Associates on behalf of Karen Rena Collum. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04427, Collum v. Equifax Information Services, LLC et al.
