Williams Mullen filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in North Carolina Eastern District Court on behalf of Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company and Southland National Reinsurance Corporation. The suit, over alleged breaches of a tax sharing agreement, brings claims against GBIG Holdings. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00212, Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company et al v. Gbig Holdings, LLC.
