Shook, Hardy & Bacon filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of AIG Property Casualty Co. and other plaintiffs. The suit pursues claims against Interstate NDT Inc. for failure to pay on insurance policies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
