Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders filed a trade secret lawsuit targeting CDW, a technology company providing hardware and software products, Gridforce Energy Management and other defendants Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The lawsuit was brought on behalf of Contour Data Solutions, which accuses the defendants of misappropriating proprietary IT under the guise of a 'data migration' project. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-05209, Contour Data Solutions LLC v. Gridforce Energy Management LLC et al.
