Equifax and TransUnion were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court action was brought by Armor Law; and Berry & Associates on behalf of Margaret Marie Cook. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-04974, Cook v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
