TMX Finance was hit with a data breach class action on Monday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Morgan & Morgan, Criden & Love and the Nussbaum Law Group on behalf of customers whose personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised in a cyberattack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00094, Coria v. TMX Finance Corporate Services Inc.
